The Wiggums were arguably, the best ska band out of Arizona from 2001-2005. Here is a few reasons why...
1. They packed almost every show they played. They would open up for "big name" ska bands like Slow Gherkin, Big D and the Kids Table, The Toasters...etc and 100+ kids would leave after their set because The Wiggums is who people came out for.
2. They played ALL THE TIME! In their hey day especially they were playing 4-5 shows a month. and the fact they STILL brought 100's of kids to most of there shows was incredible.
3. There music was so fucking catchy and poppy, I run into old "ska kids" from back then who still get "Wait Till Night", "Rewind" and "Memory of You" stuck in there head.
Now you tell me, how many local bands you know that have done that?
This CD is an essential document for ANYONE who still enjoys poppy ska music, especially if you are from AZ.
